A design-led single-family villa in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona. Currently in development.

SQT Residence is a contemporary, south-facing villa conceived as a generous 500 m² residence defined by light, proportion, and long-term livability. The villa is organized around carefully scaled interior volumes and strategically placed glazing to deliver daylight, privacy, and a strong connection to the garden throughout the day.

Set within the established Can Matas neighborhood, the project prioritizes spatial clarity and controlled execution. All architectural and technical decisions are fully resolved prior to construction, ensuring a disciplined build process and a coherent final result.
